Cancellation and return policy for products:

The return policy followed on the Gooodes.com website is to protect the rights of both parties, whether the customer, the buyer or the seller. Neither party may use the terms of this policy or deal with it to harm the other party. We look in good faith to deal with our customers in order to develop a long-term relationship and provide them with the best service.

 

Cancellation of orders:

When the customer approves and submits the order and confirms the purchase, the order moves to the execution state. In the next stage, for speed of delivery, we issue a bill of lading in coordination with the trucking company or the shipping department, according to which the order is sent to the customer based on the information provided (customer’s name, address, mobile number & email) and this information is requested for ease of delivery and communication with the customer in the event of any emergency.

The order will be delivered to the customer within a maximum of 5 working days (depending on the customer’s address and the city in which he resides). The delivery representative will contact the customer to confirm the delivery address and the time available to the customer to receive his shipment.

Upon receipt of the shipment, the customer will be asked to sign receipt of the shipment, and the delivery representative may request some data confirming receipt of the shipment.

All delivery stages mentioned above will be recorded with us by date and time, and they can be followed up and their status known at any time, even after the shipment is delivered.

When does a customer have the right to cancel his order?

1- The customer can cancel the order if the order’s bill of lading has not been issued. Because the policy is linked to other operations centers. If the customer wishes to cancel the order after issuing the bill of lading, the terms of the order return policy will apply (please see the terms of the return policy).

2- The customer has the right to cancel the order if he does not receive it within five working days from the date of receiving the order from the customer (weekends, official holidays, public holidays, and holidays announced by the government are not considered working days, even if the site crew and shipping crews are working during these days).

3- If the customer does not respond to the delivery representative!!: The delivery representative will contact the customer three times if the first and second attempts are not successful. In the event of no response from the customer, we will return the shipment to the warehouses and the order will be declared void due to the customer’s lack of response. If the customer wants the shipment again, a new purchase order must be made. Considering that the order is invalid, we will return the order amount to the customer after deducting the shipping fees for the customer’s order. If the purchase is on the basis of (Cash On Delivery) the shipping fees will be recorded as a debit balance on the customer, and the site Gooodes.com has the right to claim.

 

Product returns:

When purchasing from Gooodes.com, the customer has the right to return the product under the following conditions:

1- The product can be returned or exchanged within two business days from the date the customer receives the product, and the customer bears the expense of returning the product. In the event of an exchange, the customer must bear the shipping costs to return the first piece sent and the shipping costs to send the replacement piece.

2- The customer must have paid in advance through the payment methods shown on the site (bank cards). Products cannot be returned if payment is made by (cash on delivery) unless the return conditions are met.

3- If the purchase was made by (Cash on Delivery), the product cannot be returned, except under the following conditions:

  • Wrong delivery in supplying the product and the site delivered another product to the customer that was not approved in the purchase order submitted by the customer.
  • If the product is used and not in its original packaging (handmade wooden decorations are excluded because they are packed locally in a way that suits their size and does not allow damage to occur during shipping).

4- The customer must contact the site in order to find out the reason for the return, and the site has the right to accept or reject the return according to the condition provided by the customer.

5- If the product has a manufacturing defect or is broken and is still in the original factory packaging, the customer must contact the site within a day of receiving the piece and send photos proving this condition. Our employees will ask the customer to return the item for examination. If the damage is due to the customer’s misuse, the customer has no right to request a return or exchange, and the product will be reshipped to the customer at his expense. If the product is damaged for a reason beyond the customer’s control, the product must be replaced for the customer, and the site will cover the full shipping costs.

6- The customer has no right to return the product (regardless of the payment method) if the product has been used by the customer:

  • The Peacock flasks cannot be returned by the customer if any hot or cold beverage are placed inside it. If you want to test the flask, the customer must use water (hot or cold) instead of beverage.
  • GOBX devices cannot be returned if the device has been activated and registered within the MBC network.
  • Art pieces cannot be returned unless they are defective, broken, or have anything wrong with the piece. Gooodes.com makes every effort to show the products in the best possible photo to avoid any misunderstanding or misconception by the customer when purchasing.

7- The product cannot be returned unless the product is complete, unused, in its original packaging as it was shipped from the country of origin, and all its accessories are complete.

8- During offers, festivals and discounts on products, the return policy will not be effective and no return of the product will be accepted unless it is in one of the following cases:

  • Wrong delivery in supplying the product and the site delivered another product to the customer that was not approved in the purchase order submitted by the customer.
  • If the product is used and not in its original packaging (handmade wooden decorations are excluded because they are packed locally in a way that suits their size and does not allow damage to occur during shipping).

Clauses 4, 5 and 6 apply to cases to which the return clause in this paragraph applies.

 

Refunds

When agreeing to return the product according to the terms stated in the cancellation and return policy, the amount will be returned as follows:

1- The site will return the amount within three working days via the payment gateway through which the amount was received. After deducting any amounts related to shipping according to the terms stated in the cancellation and return policy.

2- The amount will be returned to the account from which it was sent and to the same card through which it was paid. The amount cannot be returned to any other account number or card due to the inability to do so according to the terms of the payment gateway.

3- The amount cannot be returned via cash or bank transfer.

4- It may take some time for the amount to be returned from the payment gateway to the customer, and this depends on the payment gateway policy.
